Look at that beautiful scene. Sitting on the deck, drinking my coffee. Peace. That is kind of what I'm experiencing right now. And yes, this space makes it like super awesome to be at peace, but also I've taken a lot of steps and a lot of measures to balance things out within my mind, within myself, which helps me, um, get in a state of peace. Quickly. I have some habits that I do that contribute to that. There was a lot of work I put into doing that in terms of getting a therapist, changing the things that I put into my body, letting go of things that were robbing my joy. And when I say things, that does include people. It was a lot of work that I did over many years to get to a place where I can enjoy a scene like this and the sounds you hear in the background. So the question to you is, when's the last time you've experienced that peace? And what's it gonna take to get you there? Be cool, and we'll talk at you next time peace
