if you've ever asked the question, is this going to be on the test? that's a sign, right? For me, when I used that thinking, it was because if I did it, if it wasn't going to be on the test, why in the hell would I learn it? Why would I do the homework? Why would I practice it? If I'm not going to get graded for it. And so it's like this connection to instant gratification. And yeah, you know, I argued back then that, well, I just want to be, you know, productive with my time because my time is limited. Uh, but the truth was I did spend a lot of time jacking around and I bet I'm not the only one. So fast forward to now in my entrepreneurial podcasting life, there are a bazillion things that I do that are not going to be on the test. But the experience that I gained from that, sometimes I can apply directly into revenue generating activities. Sometimes it's just one of those things I tried that didn't work out the way I wanted it to. and sometimes it's just a part of enjoying life and appreciating it, experiencing it with awesome people, learning cool different things. And so the question to you is, does it have to be on the test? Be cool and we'll talk at you next time. Peace!
