This thought is a reminder to all the leaders, disrupters, and changemakers that we need to care for ourselves as much as we care for the ideas & people we serve.

How good are you at honoring yourself? I was having a conversation with two amazing people in the construction industry, Ms. Mayra and in a separate conversation with Mr. Henry Nutt, who are movers and shakers and put a lot of themselves into serving others, which is absolutely necessary. It's inspiring even. The challenge though is, we spend so much time focused on honoring those around us, creating a better environment for the men and women that are out there building this world that we live in, that we forget to honor ourselves until we're forced to. And so the question to you is, are you gonna make a decision to better honor yourself, the vessel, the human being? that is contributing their gifts and talents to make this world better than we found it? Or are you going to wait until your health, until your relationships, until your mental state forces you to stop and honor yourself? Be cool and we'll talk at you next time. Peace!
