Mentorship. Is it what they want, or is it what you want? I think we need to approach mentorship with caution. I know I've been in situations where I decided somebody wanted a mentor, and began mentoring them. Only to be frustrated because of their lack of action, or the low volume of action. And, I found out that in some cases, they were not seeking mentorship. It was me seeking a mentee. And so the question to you is, how do you keep from imposing what you want onto the innocent bystander in front of you? Be cool, and we'll talk at you next time. Peace.
